Above all  - Safety First!

In our tutorials we only use products that are food safe and non-toxic.

Only use edible sugar glue that is completely safe for human consumption.

Glitters used directly on cakes must be a food registered product, don't get misled by non-toxic glitter. Non-toxic glitters are sometimes used on cake decorations that will be removed from the cake and not for consumption. Non-toxic glitters must not be sprinkled directly onto the cake.

Dowels, cake pops, boards and other items used to support and display the cake must be food safe. Sugar models with supports must be removed from cakes prior to consumption (don't use cocktail sticks). Remove supports prior to serving any cake.

Occasionally knifes, or specialist cake decorating equipment and tools are used. Minors following tutorials must have the consent of their parent or guardian and be supervised at all times. Cake Decorating TV Ltd will not be held liable for any accident that may arise from following our tutorials - either video or downloaded material.

Computer Internet Requirements
For your enjoyment we suggest a minimum internet speed of 2Mbits. The quality of the videos are determined by your internet connection and device you are using. You may notice after the first 10 seconds the quality adjusts automatically - with a good connection you will receive full HD video! Try watching one of the free intro's, if it plays well then you should be fine!

Your Subscription / Membership
Your subscription starts on completion of your payment and will continue until cancelled. We don't mind members of your family using your subscription as long as you all reside at the same address. However you may not transfer such permission to a third party or allow other non-family members to use your subscription.

Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are a lovely way to treat a friend or relative. You have the option to purchase a 6, 12 or 18 month subscription. You can email the lucky recipient or print out the gift voucher, place in a card or present. At present we do not send out vouchers in the post.

Security
Our website uses HTTPS. The 'S' at the end of HTTPS stands for 'Secure'. It means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted.
For payments we use Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

Payment
Payment is taken at the beginning of the subscription period. All payments are in pounds sterling GBP. We will notify paying members of any future subscriptions rises well in advance of their next payment.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account area and deactivating your subscription. We will not make refunds for any part subscription remaining, for example: if you cancelled halfway through your subscription we cannot refund the remaining half. Your subscription will continue until the next payment was due.

Cake Decorating TV Ltd, also reserve the right to cancel any subscription without notice. If we do this we will return any outstanding funds for the remaining part of the subscription.

How we use your personal information
When you join Cake Craft TV as part of your membership package you will receive exciting emails with new tutorials and exclusive special offers. You can of course unsubscribe at any time. For more information please see our privacy page.

Intellectual Property Rights
The content and materials published on are either owned or licensed by us. You must not reproduce, modify, duplicate, copy, license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make any part of our site available to any third party without permission from us in writing.
