Following a successful career in the city, Sue decided to take a leap of faith and follow her passion for baking and cake decorating. She created her business, All Shapes and Slices Cake Co in 2007 and it’s been going from strength to strength ever since. She won the Kent Wedding Awards Wedding Cake Designer Of The Year In 2019, which is testament to her creative and detailed on trend designs. She’s delighted to be sharing her extensive knowledge of sugar craft with you.
