With over 25 years working as a pâtissier and chocolatier, Mark Tilling has won multiple awards for his desserts and petits fours, as well as double gold for his chocolate showpieces. He’s cooked for world famous figures, including President George Bush Sr., Cher, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman and HRH Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex, in some of the world’s most famous kitchens. He’s been UK Callebaut Chocolate Ambassador for the last five years and teaches a range of classes in chocolate and pâtisserie, at Squires Kitchen International School, Season Cookery School at Lainston House, and Callebaut Chocolate Academy. In 2016 his team took part and won the title of "Bake Off Crème de la Crème" an eight part series on BBC Two to find Britain's Best Team of Pastry Chefs.
