Louise Brooker is a professional cake decorator with over 25 years experience in the industry. She was the original apprentice to actress Jane Asher when her London cake shop opened back at the beginning of the 90s. During her time with Jane, Louise’s daily clients would include many well-known people, including Elton John, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa and even Prince Charles. Louise has a bright, daring and flamboyant style to her decorating and the ability to give clear and precise instruction during her tutorials.
