What are the computer / speed requirements ?
For your enjoyment we suggest a minimum internet speed of 2Mbits. The quality of the videos are determined by your internet connection and device you are using. You may notice after the first 10 seconds the quality adjusts automatically - with a good connection you will receive full HD video! Try watching one of the free intro's, if it plays well then you should be fine!
What are the subscription costs ?
For the price of a cuppa tea and a slice of cake! Subscription starts at only £7.95 per month OR £77.40 for a yearly subscription (saving £18). You can cancel anytime and you will still have access to any course or subscription materials until the next billing date, at which point you will lose access to all content. (To cancel see below)
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, visit the gift voucher page and select from 6, 12 or 18 month subscription. Payment is taken by credit / debit card. Please allow 24 hours (excluding weekends) for us to process and email you a voucher. You can print out the voucher (in PDF format) and give to the lucky recipient.
Does Cake Craft TV actually store my ' credit card information?
No, Cake Craft TV does not store your credit / debit card information - Stripe (Our payment processor) deals with all the card processing.
How do I view the Cake Decoration & Sugarcraft Magazine ?
Available to full members - log in and select 'Magazine' from the top menu OR from the classroom menu (shown below). Instructions on how to view the publication can be found on the same page (in the white box). At present you have to be online to view the magazine. With permission from the publishers we are allowed to include 12 back issues. When the next issues is published we'll remove the oldest so we can make room for the new one.

How do I cancel my subscription ?
You may cancel your subscription any time. We will not make refunds for any part subscription remaining, for example: if you cancelled halfway through your subscription we cannot refund the remaining half. The subscription will continue until the next payment would be normally due.

Login to your classes. Using the menu on the left side select 'My Account', then Billing. You will see your current subscription. Then click 'Cancel'. You will still have access to any course or subscription materials until the next billing date, at which point you will lose access to all content.
For customers who subscribed through CakeDecorating.TV Direct Debit (GoCardless )
Contact your bank or building society on the phone, via secure online banking, or visit your local branch. Alternatively use our contact form and we will cancel your Direct Debit on your behalf.
For customers who subscribed through CakeDecorating.TV Via Paypal
Log in to your Paypal account and cancel your subscription payments.
How often does new content get added to the website?
We aim to upload new content every week. As the site grows we expect to increase this, especially live tutorials. So help us grow the site and we'll create the most amazing cake decorating hub ever!

How do I view my invoices / receipts
Whenever a payment has been taken you will receive an email receipt. You can also print off your receipts from your account area. Please note we are not VAT registered at present.
