Dawn is a world-renowned cake designer based in Nottingham, England. She found her passion for cake decorating when she was 17 and had a job in a local bakery. In just 6 years she has gone from making cakes at home to having not one, but two global businesses. These include her widely recognised airbrushing products (Dinkydoodle Designs) and more recently her food safe internal cake structure invention, CakeFrame. Dawn is highly regarded as a cake artist too, having won numerous gold awards at international cake shows. She won the coveted Best in Show at Cake International November 2016 and then went on to be awarded Cake Artist of the Year 2016 in the Cake Masters Awards.
