From whimsical novelty birthday cakes and realistic children's characters, to jaw dropping wedding cakes and intricate sugar flowers, her work is flawless, elegant and show stopping. Claire launched her business, Delicious Occasions over five years ago and supplies bespoke cakes to some of Kent's most prestigious venues, including Leeds Castle and The Old Kent Barn. Her talent was recently spotted by The Williams F1 team, who commissioned her to make their deputy team principle, Claire Williams, a racing car birthday cake.
